Creole Meatloaves

1 lb ground beef
2 heals of bread
2 egg whites
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 T cornstarch
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can beef stock
1 T "The Best Hot Barbeque Sauce You'll Ever Taste"
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp Tabasco

Whisk egg whites with barbeque sauce and add to pieces of bread and beef. Mix well and season with salt and pepper. Shape into mini loaves. Brown loaves over medium heat and set aside. Cook onions then stir in remaining ingredients. Add loaves, cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes .
