Chicken Pasta Skillet Recipe

1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
1 green pepper, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
1-1/2 cups water
2 cups rotini pasta, uncooked
1 jar (26 to 28 oz.) spaghetti sauce (2-3/4 cups)
1 T "The Best Barbeque Sauce You'll Ever Taste"
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided

Spray large skillet with no stick cooking spray. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 minutes. Add green pepper and onion; continue cooking until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.

Add water. Bring to boil; reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in pasta, making sure pasta is covered with water; cover. Simmer 15 minutes or until pasta is tender.

Stir in sauce, barbecue sauce and 1 cup of cheese. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheese; cover. Reduce heat to low; continue cooking 4 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture is thoroughly heated.
