Herbed Chicken & Rice Recipe

1 pkg boneless chicken thighs, cut in strips
1 T margarine
2 lg carrots, shredded
1 sm onion, chopped
2 cups water
1 T "The Best Teriyaki Sauce You'll Ever Taste"
¼ tsp marjoram
¼ tsp thyme
1/8 tsp rosemary, crushed
1/8 tsp rubbed sage
2 cups instant rice

Sauté chicken, in margarine for 3-4 minutes. Add carrots and onion; sauté until tender. Add water, teriyaki sauce and seasonings; bring to a boil. Stir in rice. Cover and remove from heat; let stand for 5 minutes.

Yield: 5 servings
