Hot Chicken Thighs Recipe

4 chicken thighs

3 T olive oil

2 large cloves garlic

1/2 cup white wine

1 T "The Best Hot Barbeque Sauce You'll Ever Taste"

1 lemon

1/4 tsp salt

1/8 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp red pepper

1/4 cup parsley

Heat oil in skillet and add garlic. Sauté quickly then remove. Brown chicken. Add wine, barbeque sauce and juice from lemon. Season chicken with salt, pepper and red pepper. Cover and cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Baste with pan juices. Sprinkle with parsley then place over rice. Spoon pan juices over chicken.
