Pasta Carbonara Recipe
By Barby Johns, Phoenix, AZ3 cups uncooked tube pasta
6 bacon strips, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 ¼ cups milk
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, cubed
1 T of "The Best Teriyaki Sauce You'll Ever Taste"
½ cup margarine cubed
½ cup grated parmesan cheeseCook pasta. In a large skillet cook bacon until crisp. Remove to paper towel. In the drippings, sauté garlic and add milk, cream cheese, Teriyaki sauce and margarine; stir till smooth. Stir in parmesan cheese and bacon; heat through. Drain pasta; toss with sauce.
Yield: 4 servings
