Penne Pasta Recipe6 oz uncooked penne pasta
½ lb sliced fresh mushrooms
1 T olive oil
1 can diced tomatoes
1 T "The Best Teriyaki Sauce You'll Ever Taste"
1 tsp dried basil
¼ tsp salt
1/3 cup mozzarella cheeseCook pasta. In a large skillet sauté mushrooms in oil for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, teriyaki sauce, basil and salt; cook and stir for 5 minutes. Drain pasta and add to skillet. Stir in cheese and heat.
Yield: 5 servings
