Spaghetti Chicken Casserole Recipe4 T olive oil
8 T flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
1 T "The Best Hot Barbeque Sauce You'll Ever Taste"
3 cans chicken broth
1 1/2 cup milk
4 cups cooked chicken
8 T lemon juice
1/2 lb mushrooms
1 lb spaghetti
Heat oil in medium saucepan. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, barbeque sauce and Tabasco. Cook over medium heat for 2 minutes. Stir. Slowly add broth. Stir and cook till thickened. Stir in milk and chicken. Cook over medium-low heat. Stir.
Slice mushrooms from top to bottom. Heat 1 T olive oil and lemon juice in skillet. Cook mushrooms over medium heat till brown. Cook spaghetti about 6 minutes.
Drain and combine with sauce and 2/3 of the mushrooms. Pour into baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining mushrooms. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
