Pan Fry Pork Chops Recipe
submitted by: Patricia - Arizona

4 center cut pork loin chops
4 Tbsp first press extra vigin olive oil
2 Tbsp no salt added butter
Kosher salt
Fresh ground pepper
Red wine of choice
3 Tbsp The Best BBQ Sauce You'll Ever Taste

Rub kosher salt and fresh ground pepper into both sides of chops.

Over medium heat, brown the chops in the olive oil, turn, and add the butter to keep chops from sticking.

Remove chops from pan and set aside.

Deglaze pan with red wine and stir until combined, scraping bits from the pan until loose.
Add The Best BBQ Sauce You'll Ever Taste, and stir until incorporated. Heat to a simmer.
Return chops to pan, and simmer on low heat until chops are done through.

Serve with a cheesy risotto, spooning the sauce over the top of the chops.

the amount of butter and oil may differ depending on the pan, obviously a non-stick pan would use less.
